The holidays are over

Yup, back to school today...

French class was actually quite entertaining today since we were talking about how to write a diary entery. Our teacher asked us if we ever had a "journal intime". I said that I have a public blog online. He asked me how many views I have to which I responded with "only like 8000". And everyone started cheering... *facepalm* That was quite embarrassing since everyone thinks that 8000 views is a lot but it's actually not. 

To increase the popularity of my blog (I don't even know why I want to do so) I'm going to do an everyday tag/challenge this March. I'm going to call it Sonyashtag... Just because.... It sounds cool... *disappears into the shadows of shame* 

Feeling colourful

Peacocks + photo editing

I went to the Botanical Gardens today and... There were peacocks running around! The good thing was that I had a camera with me. I chased the peacocks and took hundreds of photos. As I got home I edited a few of them. I think I got a little overexcited with all the "brightness and contrast" stuff....

Did you know that peacocks like climbing trees? I found the fact quite entertaining.

I wandered outside

This Sunday was great! I went for a walk with my step-dad's camera and took a LOT of photos. I wandered for about three hours, but only took a couple of good photos. I guess I looked like a complete weirdo, taking pictures of trees instead of the beautiful buildings nearby, almost lying on the ground to take that perfect shot of a dirty nail I found, squatting in front of an old bench... I really hope that this hobby of mine will pay off in a couple of years.

Water looks like snow

I saw this cool bird with its wings spread and it reminded me of the German hen. Too bad I could not take a good photo of it.

I thought it was a bit funny how the children and the swan were the same size. It looked like they were having some sort of conversation.
