So today Yasmin spas to stay at home and school was a bit more boring than usual. I was on Facebook for the whole day talking to her and "delivering" her messages to others. Most of them were addressed to Mrs Manchala.... Basically, at home Yasmin was "using her time wisely to brush up on her Hindi". Zoum! Congratulations to her! Now she knows what "mera nam Yasmin hai" means....
I can't wait till Sunday! It's going to be Easter! It's a very important event for the The Faith of the World project! Yasmin and I are going to the Russian Orthodox Church here in town. For once I'm actually looking forward to going to a church.
I did use my time wisely brushing up on my Hindi skills... or should I say: Maiṁ apanī hindī sudhāranē kē li'ē apanē samaya kā istēmāla kiyā. <3
ReplyDeleteThat's not "brushing up on my Hindi skills". That's called "brushing up on my Google Translate skills".
DeleteAre you accusing me of using a translator instead of using my own brilliant Hindi skills? How could... you should be ashamed of yourself... Āpa mujhē śarmindā kara diyā hai!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant Hindi skills...? Never heard of that....
DeleteI have but only 1 word to say to you... kutiyā!
ReplyDelete*slow clap*
